We strive to make the returns process as simple as possible for you.
 Please have your order number handy, which you can find in your order confirmation. It consists of 4 digits.
 If you prefer to exchange for another product or fit, simply contact us via the “contact us” section of the website, or contact us at support@forpalestine.dk.  Return Policy - Read this before returning Please note the following conditions for returns: We do not accept returns of products if they: You have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. If this deadline is exceeded, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges, and you will not be able to log into the returns portal.
Complaints
 If you experience a defect or fault with a product and wish to make a complaint, please send an email with pictures and your order number to: support@forpalestine.dk.
 Return costs We offer returns, but at the buyer's expense.
